Friday Night:

A phone call is received from a local quarry; the drive drum shaft has sheared and the belt is damaged. Immediately one of our operatives tushes to the site to evaluate the size of the problem and a vulcanising team is made aware to prepare and load up with the correct equipment.

On arrival the drum is inspected and is found to be repairable so it is taken immediately to your workshops for repair.

 

Saturday Morning:
Vulcanisers arrive on site with a new belt and begin to fit to the conveyor and prepare ends for vulcanising awaiting drums arrival.

Late saturday afternoon the drum has been repaired and returned to site where it is fitted back onto your conveyor allowing the belt to be pulled tight and vulcanised, ready to be put back into commission again.
